Billing questions
When does Pro start?
Right after checkout. Stripe confirms the payment and your plan switches to Pro, usually within a few seconds. The Billing page updates on its own.
Why does checkout ask me to waive my withdrawal right?
EU law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Pro starts immediately, so checkout asks you to confirm that you waive that right. Your confirmation is recorded with your subscription.
How do I change my payment method or cancel?
Open Billing in the dashboard and choose Manage subscription. It opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card or cancel.
Where are my invoices?
After you subscribe, Stripe generates a PDF for each payment. Recent ones are listed on the Billing page; the full history is in the Stripe billing portal. Invoices are receipts, not a Free vs Pro feature.
Does SkillManager store my card details?
No. Payment happens on Stripe Checkout, and SkillManager never receives your card number.
How many machines can I connect on Free?
One. To switch computers, revoke the current device on the Devices page, then run
sm login on the new machine. Pro has no device limit.How many agents do I get on Free?
Up to 10 Free agents. Pro unlocks the full catalog, including Pro-only agents and packs.
Can I publish my own agents?
Not yet. Publishing agents and earning from their usage is coming soon on Pro. Free stays focused on installing from the catalog.
